I'm very sorry, but your's won't be like draco's at all. Because, at the current time, photoshop has decided it hates me and won't work on my computer. I'll get to work on Lizzie's, but if you want to get a siggy for her from someone else that has a better program than bannerfans & Paint, I COMPLETELY understand.
