Ginny Weasley strode out accross the grounds in the freash morning breeze, she really enjoyed the outdoors especially on a morning when most students were still sleeping or eating breakfast lazily. Ginny liked to keep busy and have fun. she didnt like lazy people and always wanted to be out doing things, Ginny hated being board.
In one hand Ginny held a slice or toast she had grabbed on her way out of the door and in the other was her old commit 360 which had belonged to at least 2 of her brothers before her; what Ginny wanted more than anything in the world was her very own broomstick, and of course Harry Potter. The boy she had been crushing on since forever as the Weasley and Potter familes were close since they were both part of the Order.
The red headed Gryffindor sat on the edge of the pitch and finished off her toast and looking up the the sky; perfect weather for some flying.

Blowing fiery red bangs out of her face, Elizabeth Potter wandered out onto the grounds of Hogwarts with a grin on her face and a few strips of bacon clasped between her teeth. She'd learned eating on the run from her father at a young age, and Lily always got on her daughter's case for eating like her father-messy and with her face-but soon Harry would do something to distract Mrs. Potter and Lizzie would be free as a bird.
Gripping her Firebolt in her hand, the redhead made her way to the Quidditch Pitch and caught sight of another head of fiery red. She tilted her head lightly and deduced that since there weren't two red heads it wasn't Fred and George, her brother's head was nowhere to be found so it wasn't Ron, so obviously it must be Ginny.
Finishing off her bacon, the redhead jumped onto her broom and decided to be lazy, flying over to the youngest (and only female) Weasley child with a grin. "Hey there Ginnykins! Looks like you've got something on your mind. Or maybe someone," she teased, getting off her broom and nudging the smaller ginger. She knew Ginny had a horrible crush on her little brother and she found it adorable. Personally, she approved of the match. Ginny would be good for him. "What's up?"

The young Weasley streatched out as she finished eating and watched the clouds for a little while as they began to dissapear and the sun came out, the last of the warms days of summer were almost gone and the usually pale red head looked at the freakles on her arms that came out with the sun. Ginnys day dreams of Harry and flying were disrupted by another redhead on a broom, a female, indicating it wasnt a sibling of hers, but instead an almost sibling; Lizzie Potter, the older sister Ginny never had.
"Hey Lizzy!" Ginny said as the other Gryffindor go off the broom. "Youre worse than brothers I do not have a boy on my mind" She retorted defensivly, only because both girls knew it was true, she couldnt deny it really. Lizzy was the only sister-like figure in her life so they talked about everything, and she was also a sister because like her brothers Lizzy teased Ginny relentlessly. "Not much, I just want to fly" Ginny replied brightly, looking from Liz to the sky and back. Ginny patted the grass beside her, indicating for the Potter girl to sit beside her.

"Uh huh... So the girls in your 'inner circle' gossiping about you lovin' on my baby brother are lying?" she teased, winking at the younger redhead. Lizzie loved Ginny dearly, and it didn't matter that Ginny was in love with Harry. Lizzie thought it was adorable! It was probably the cutest thing she'd seen in awhile.
"Not much, I just want to fly"
Seeing Ginny pat the grass beside her, Lizzie grinned and plopped down on the ground. This had been an interesting week. "So do I have news for you little sister dearest. I found out something that I really have no idea what to think about it. I am just confused, and Virgo is no help because she just eggs me on about it."
Sure, a couple nights ago she found out that Draco may have a crush on her, but it was impossible, right?! So impossible! But then again... It could be. Maybe. She did not want to get her hopes up. |

"Hey come on Lizzie I am so not gunna talk about your little brother" Ginny said scowling then nudging Lizzie playfully and then looking sheepish "Dont listen to them" she said with a girlish giggle which wasnt like Ginny at all. The redhead was headstrong and quite tomboyish, you had to be growing up with six brothers. Ginny was really was crushing on Harry, maybe one day Liz could help her get with Harry she thought dreamily.
The young Gryffindor drew out from her daydreams as the older Gryffindor sat down and mentioned some news. "Whats the news big sis? it's Draco isnt it?" Ginny said with a devious smile. It was common knowladge that the Potter girl and the Malfoy boy had a bit of a thing and rumers flew in a place like Hogwarts. A relationship like that would be unacceptable but in someways it was nice because maybe it could mean the two sides didnt have to fight. Though Ginny wasnt a huge fan of Draco in their younger years he seemed more mature and less mean these days and Lizzie was obviously in love.

"Haha alright dearie. Maybe later," she chuckled lightly as Ginny giggled. It was cute. Usually the smaller redhead was more of a tomboy, but Lizzie liked it when they had their girlie moments together. Yes. Ginny was crushing on Harry like a boulder crushes anything in its path when it falls, but still. Lizzie would help her in any way she can.
"Whats the news big sis? it's Draco isnt it?"
Lizzie's red eyebrows shot up at the comment. "What does Draco have to do with anything?!" she demanded, turning a bright red but she sighed and shook her head. "Nevermind. I've heard the rumors. Anyway, yes. In a way. Virgo was teasing the two of us about liking each other. She never does that when he was around! Usually she waits until he's out of earshot before she teases me, but still! I am just SO confused Ginny!" |

"I'll talk about Harry when you talk about Draco" Ginny said sticking her tounge out at Lizzie. Ginny loved her almost adoptive big sister, Lizzie took her under her wing, which to Ginny was brilliant since her brothers were no use for this sort of stuff, especially the one nearest her age was Harrys best friend!
Ginny birst out laughing at her denial, that made it clear it deffinatly was about Draco, but then again it always was about Draco. "See I knew it!" Ginny said still laughing, reaching her hand up to cover her face. Ginny stopped laughing as she listened to Lizzies little stress over Virgo and Draco. It was deffinatly a complex situation and Ginny wasnt the best for boy advice, her track record wasnt great since even after 5 years of school she hadnt moved an inch in Harrys direction. But Ginny of course would always try and help so she thought it through for a moment. "You know, she might have talked to Draco about you 'cause she wouldnt normally dare say it to her brothers face? maybe she knows something? you have got to talk to her Lizzie!" Ginny said brightly, she would be so happy for Liz if the two got together. In a sort of strange way they made a cute couple.

"Yer a buttface" she laughed, shaking her head. She loved her "little sister" in every way, especially because she was also a redhead. Lizzie always bonded with her mother about the color of their hair, it was a silly little thing that Lily would always give James grief about since their oldest looked like her and not him, apparently they had some kind of bet going on. Lizzie had no idea. Her parents were loving but very strange at times.

Lizzie smirked lightly as she shook her head at the other girl. "Like I said! BUTT. FACE." she commented, laughing as well. She shook her head as soon both of them stopped laughing and finally started forming coherent sentences.
"You know, she might have talked to Draco about you 'cause she wouldnt normally dare say it to her brothers face? maybe she knows something? you have got to talk to her Lizzie!"
"I never get a second alone with her though! Usually when Draco's not around Pansy is hanging around waiting for Draco to appear or Draco is hiding with us from Pansy! We're always surrounded! I mean, he turned as red as I did when she said that in front of us, but I refuse to read into things. You know?" |

Ginny laughed and stuck her tounge out at Lizzie when she called her a buttface, twice "Yepp" she nodded proudly. Ginny knew she was only joking and the two were very alike, it was clear Lizzie got it from her dad and Ginny got it from her brothers. Ginny listened intently to the rest of Lizzies story, she was really interested and both liked to know what was going on with eachother. Like real sisters. Lizzie reall had taken Ginny under her wing, especially since she started Hogwarts but even before that, the two families had always been connected.

"I know exacitally what you mean, that Pansy is so irritating!" Ginny laughed. It was true, sure she could be okay at times but she was obsessed with Draco and she was the most dramatic girl in the school. "Your gunna have to pull Virgo aside in between classes or something! Or maybe talk to Draco?!" Ginny suggested winking, but she really knew they had to do something. She really wanted Lizzie to be happy and it was clear there was a connection between the Slytherin and the Gryffindor. Ginny got excited at these things; her one female downfall.

"I know, right?!" she laughed, blowing her bangs from her face. Lizzie knew that one day she'd have to have a confrontation with Pansy, and she was not looking forward to it.
"Your gunna have to pull Virgo aside in between classes or something! Or maybe talk to Draco?!"
Her red eyebrows shot up in concern. Well that idea is scary! She did not want to talk to the two of them about it! If she was wrong and it meant nothing she did not want to look like a fool for believing it!
"For all I know I may have forgotten something Ginny. It was the middle of the night when all this happened. I hate it when things happen when you're half asleep and you can barely remember it!" she groaned, putting her head in her hands. That night comes and goes in her mind, and for all the knew it may not have even happened, but she had a strong feeling it did so she really needed to calm down.
"Anyway. Have you seen Harry around? It's like he has disappeared off the face of the earth and I can never find him. Maybe he's hiding," she winked in a teasing fashion. |

"Yeah, totally" Ginny laughed, she could totally imagine Lizzie and Pansy in a fight, but the firey readhead would deffinatly win. Ginny ruffled her hair with her hands and then shook it out of her face.
"For all I know I may have forgotten something Ginny. It was the middle of the night when all this happened. I hate it when things happen when you're half asleep and you can barely remember it!"
Ginny thought through, maybe she could have forgotten a detail with being asleep but then again Lizzie wouldnt forget something as important like that, she was like her mother not her father in that respect. "Right Lizzie, heres whats going to happen, youre going to talk to Virgo even if it kills you, I'll cause a sceane with Pansy if thats what it takes" The red head was determined to help friend, she had aways been like that, head strong and believe anything is possible if you want it enough. "Come on sis it will be fine" Ginny said playfully hitting Lizzies side to make her smile.
Damn it, I should never have agreed to talking about Harry if you talked about Draco" Ginny laughed. "That is true, I really think he's dissapeared, I havn't seen him in forever, I mean I hardly ever see Ron or Hermione eather, but Harry really had dissapeared, hes not in any of his usuall places" Ginny commented thoughtfully, she missed him, she was also a little embarassed addmitting she knew his "usual places". But she did know where he went to hide or think.

"HAHA! I WIN!" she laughed, pointing at Ginny as she laughed.
"That is true, I really think he's dissapeared, I havn't seen him in forever, I mean I hardly ever see Ron or Hermione eather, but Harry really had dissapeared, hes not in any of his usuall places"
"Hmmm... Well that's not good. He is usually in his hiding places when we cannot find him... That is not good! What the heck are we gonna do?!" she asked, pretending to get flustered. Usually Harry turns up within a day or two so she was not too terribly worried about her baby brother. |

Ginny smiled as Lizzie began to tell her the bits she could remember. "Sexy is one thig but then totally in love is another, wow Lizzie you deffinatly deffinatly gotta talk to Draco then tell me everything!" she exclaimed. Ginny couldnt wait to hear everything that happened she would be so happy. Even though it was a Malfoy he would be a better addition to her almost-family than Fleur Delacour that her older brother Bill was dating.
Ginny did a mock moody and sad face "hmph". "I just miss him Lizzie!" Ginny said sadly. She loved being around Harry, and last year had been brillian what with the DA she saw Harry lots. It had been a shame he had been all over Cho Chang though, Ginny got easily jelous she had to admitt. "I wish he wouldnt keep dissapearing off some place, its that damn map your dad had" Ginny broke a laugh, the Maurauders map had ofcourse been very useful in the past.

Elizabeth turned a deep shade of red, horribly contrasting with her hair, and she started sputtering incoherently. After a moment she took a deep breath and waited until her thoughts stopped getting jumbled and she could form sentences before she spoke again. "But I don't want to talk to him about it! I'm scared outta my mind! I don't think Virgo was messing with me but I'm afraid he'll deny it..."
"I just miss him Lizzie! I wish he wouldnt keep dissapearing off some place, its that damn map your dad had"
"I wish I had a copy of that old thing. It would make finding people so much easier these days. And it would also be useful to know who is sneaking up on you..." she answered, snickering lightly. |

Ginny laughed as Lizzie turned a bright shade of red in contrast with her hair and Gryffindor colours. Ginny had the same problem with her fair skin which became uncontrollably red. Ginny grinned as Lizzie spluttered, waiting for her to continue. "I doubt he will deny it, he's crazy about you it obvious" Ginny said grinning. She thought about what they could do about the Draco situation "Hey Lizzie maybe I could trick him into tell me if he does" Ginny suggested with a devious smile, thinking of the ways she could trick him, maybe polyjuice potion or maybe just even talk to him.
"I wish I had a copy of that old thing. It would make finding people so much easier these days. And it would also be useful to know who is sneaking up on you..."
Maybe they could make another one some how, I bet your dad still remembers Ginny suggested grinning "Though that would mean I couldnt sneak up on you anymore sis" she said laughing and playfully tackling her "sister".
