"Joseph. I'm not afraid to hurt you. Shut up. I don't bully. I prank, there is a difference." Callum growled and rolled his eyes at his younger brother than turned to Cassie. "I'm not being any nicer. Being nicer would be babying her, and we can't baby her anymore, Casandria, you know dad's not going to! He'll think her weak, You know what dad does when he thinks one of us are weak, we're supposed to be strong, wolf-like in front of him at least, or we don't live. Simple as that." He stated, his face stern and deadly serious. He hoped Cassie would listen to him. "Set a bad example? Are you kidding, Cass? DAD set the bad example, we couldn't set worse of an example if we tried."

"That's no excuse Callum, you can't blame everything on dad." She folded her arms against her chest. "We. Are. Family. We take care of eachother...or atleast most of us do, how many times have I helped you after you'd been beaten?" She paused for a moment as if to make him think back. "She's still young, still as innocent as she can be for her state." She felt herself getting a little angry and annoyed, something that was rare for Cassie and only really happened around this time of month. "She's under our influence, not dads!" she lowered her voice a bit. "We have the biggest say in how she turns out Callum, Dad's not around right now is he? Yeah, okay babying her isn't a good idea, but being rough on her will only make her more like dad!" Cassie wondered if she was making any sense. It sounded better in her head then it did out loud. "We're all eachother has."

"You should be nicer about it then" Joseph laughed, but he did think Callum should be nicer. Joe pranked, but he never made his little sister cry like Cal had. "I agree with Cass, I mean we all have to look out for eachother cause god knows no one else will" he said irritably. Callum was the only one who made Joe like that because he was such a, well, depressing, person. "It might be dads fault but we can make the best of it." Joseph said strongly. He knew the difference between right and wrong by now and knew the only way any of them would turn out good was to do the opposite of what their father told them and taught them. "You wouldn't dare hurt me Callum" Joe added chuckling to himself.

Callum couldn't believe Casandria had played the abuse card. "I can't blame everything on dad?! Why is that Cassie? Everything happens because of dad! Of course, you and Joseph wouldn't know that! Why? Because haven't seen half the things dad has done to Olivia or Xander or Annabelle or me. You were always the goodytoeshoes, sucking up to dad. But me and the other couldn't stand it! We defended ourselves!" Callum growled and took a deep breath, attempting to calm himself down. "Fine. I'm not gonna argue if you two think you're right." He gave up, shrugging his shoulders. "That a challenge, little Joseph?" He ruffled the younger Greyback's hair, smirking. Maybe Joseph got on his nerves when he was all "oh yay! The worlds all bright and shiny today! Lets go look at the rainbows and maybe eat some candy and be happy!" But knew how to have fun, he wasn't some boring stick in the mud all the time.

"You don't get it." Cassie sighed. "But I wouldn't expect you to." She hated fighting with her siblings. They really were all eachother had. They had to get along, expecially around this time, when they all needed eachother.
"Let's just agree to atleast get along with eachother. Callum, you may be the all-mighty Slytherin, but you know you wouldn't get along without us, and Joseph knows it too." She said. "We've got to stick together." She smiled, watching her brothers.
"Hey," She didn't mean to totally change the subject, but she noticed this and had to point it out. "Joey, you're finally taller then Callum..."

"We all have to deal with the same thing and its best if we do it together, come on guys" Joseph said smiling hopefully at his siblings infront of him. They didnt always see eye to eye but they were family and deep down Joe knew that was all that mattered.
"Of course its a challenge" Joseph said playfully punching his older brother as he ruffled his hair which he had only just smoothed back to perfection after Cassies ruffling. "Hey look Cassies right" he she brightly with a laugh, streaching he neck up to appear taller. This was what Joseph liked the best; when they acted like a family. They go on each others nearves and argued but when it came down to it they were close and could have a laugh like anyone else, even after everything they had been through.

"Poor Joey, we're all messing up your hair aren't we?" Cassie laughed and set her hands on her hips. Joseph was the most fun of her brothers to mess with, because he knew she was only joking with him. Her sisters would think she was being mean if she messed up their hair and Callum seemed so serious all the time now.
"Don't get to cocky Joseph, Callum's still a little more muscular I think." She compared her little brothers. Both were big, most werewolves were big, wide chested, tall muscular. It was weird thinking she and her sister were wolves to, they look nothing of the part.

"Hey stop it" Joseph said in a mock baby voice batting away his sister playfully then laughing and running a few paces down the corridor and laughing again. Eventhough moments before the three had been having a serious conversation Joe found it easy to be light hearted. He knew when it was time to be serious and when he could be laid back. Eventhough Joseph was only 13 going on 14 he was mature for his age at times because of his upbringing by their father but somehow he must have a fun gene.
"He might be stronger but I bet I'm a better flyer" Joseph said grinning back at Cassie again. Of course Callum would beat Joseph in a fist fight and probably a duel because he was older and bigger but Joe had the advantage of being lighter and speedy when it came to flying. Though even for his age Joe was probably big because of the werewolf gene which all the Grayback boys shaired, though it didn't appear to effect the girls even though they too were werewolves.

"Well maybe you two should have a challenge or something. See who's the better Flyer." Cassie didn't fly. She hated not being on the ground. Yet, every once-in-a-while she had a strange craving to take flight. Those days she told no one about. They were mainly rainy days, so she got pretty good at flying in the rain.
"You two are pretty evenly matched." Cassie nodded a bit. "I don't know why I worry about you guys so much." She laughed. Cassie didn't like always worrying about her siblings, it stressed her out so much, but she knew she had to, someone had to, but who else would?

Danielle happily walked through the halls, she had no reason not to be outwardly happy, but nobody knew what went on inside her brain, now did they? To tell the truth, she was completely freaking out because the full moon was in a couple days, and just thinking about it made dread spread throughout her. She hated it; the feeling of it, the thought of it, everything. Of course, all her siblings did, there was obviously only one person in the world that liked it; Her father.
Heaving a sigh and continuing with her 'Nothings wrong at all!' charade, she noticed a group of three people... No. A group of her siblings. "Hey, kiddies, miss me?" She grinned at Joseph and Callum and their younger sister, ruffling each of there heads, messing up their hair. She knew both of them hated it, particularly Joseph. Danny then looked over at Casandria. "Hey Cass!" She smiled at her sister. "So, what's going on?"

Cassie was a bit suprised to see her younger sister Danielle walk up to them. She hadn't expected this much of a turn out. Cassie felt close to all her siblings, but she and Danielle, being the oldest had a diffrent connection. She had helped take care of danielle for 2 years before Callum came along, then Joey.
"Hey Danielle." She smiled, Another down, "I was looking for all you guys, to make sure you were all prepaired for the Full Moon..." She said in a bit of a serious voice. "Then I realized Joseph was taller then Callum here..." She broke into a laugh.

"Hey Cass thats a good idea, right Callum?" Joseph said rather excitedly about a flying competition with his brother. Joseph loved anything like a competition, especially trying to show he was better than Callum at something. Joseph loved to fly but he never fancied the quidditch team, especially because he didnt have his own broom since his father would never buy him one. "Yeah Cassie we told you, stop worring so much, we'll be fine, always are" Joseph said trying to make her feel more sure. Nothing had ever gone wrong... yet.
Joseph turned around when Cassie said "hey, Danielle" he too was surprised to see her. Danny was usually lurking down in the Slytherins dungeon common room and he didnt see her often. Danielle was very diffent to Joseph. He always looked on the bright side and tried not to complain where as Danielle hid her emotions and just acted all cool; not happy but not sad to the outside world. Joseph batted the third sibling in half an hour from his hair and smothed it back over with a small laugh. "Danielle! what are you doing out of the dungeon" he said jokingly to his older sister, sometimes it could be admitted Joe made too many jokes, but he didnt care, he was just trying to be nice and bubbly, thats just who he was.

"Joseph's right, Cass. You need to stop worrying. We are always prepared. Look at yourself, pulling faces like that, you're going to get stress lines!" Danielle sighed, crossing her arms and smiling. "Well, looks like you're right! Huh! The little runt is finally growing up. Call, at this rate, you're going to be the mijit of the family!" She smiled at her brothers, lauging a little.
When she heard Joseph ask her what she was doing out of the dungeons, she rolled her eyes. "I'm not COMPLETELY anti-social, Joseph. That's Xander's job, I'm not about to steal the only thing he's good at." She laughed. "And just for that, you get another hair ruffle PLUS a noogie! Come here little brother!" She reached out and fluffed his hair, afterwords putting him in a headlock, and noogying him.

Exacitally, I've been trying to tell her that all evening!" Joseph exclaimed with a sigh, but still a little laugh at Danielles comment about the stress lines "Hey Cass youre going to end up all ancient and wrinkly soon" he joked sticking his tounge out at his oldest sister. Joseph turned back to Danielle at her remarks about the two boys hight "Cal is just jelous cos his younger brother is getting taller, but I can asure you I'm not the runt of the family, thats gotta be Xander, just cos I'm not one of your little Slytherins" he joked again, Joe had alot of digs about the house differences in the family stored up, he could keep going forever. Joseph guessed he learned his joking and pranking from Callum since he was tricky but Joe was a bit nicer than Callum about it, less nasty jokes, more light-hearted.
"I remember when I first started you wouldnt talk to me for months because I was sorted into Hufflepuff" Joseph said nudging Danny "You totally are anti-social, plus you shouldnt take the micky out of Xander around Olivia she'll tell on you and Xander will get his big seventh year Slytherins onto you" Joe laughed sticking his tounge out at her, but regretting it when she got him in a head lock he couldnt wriggle free from. Even though the Grayback boys were big, the girls still had the strength of the werewolves and the age gap gave Danielle the advantage. Joe wailed in an attempt to force her to let him go and when she had he tackled her "see not a compleate runt" he said looking smugly for a moment.
